Sample Service

If you are not quite sure which design is for you why not use our sample service.

This service allows you to see and handle the designs you maybe interested in within the comfort of your own home.

We will refund the cost of the samples if you choose to ship the samples back at your cost, using a signed for and insured shipping method.

Please note:
1) We will not refund the cost of the returned samples if they have been damaged in shipping or the flatware is scratched or unsaleable.
2)We will not refund your shipping expenses.

HOW IT WORKS: From the product pages in the website simply add to the shopping basket one "3pc sample set" for any range/finish you like. There is a maximum of 3 different sample sets that can be purchased by one customer.

The shipping charge will be US$38.50

When you have completed and paid for your "3pc samples service" the samples will be speedily sent to your delivery address to help you make a decision on which flatware range to buy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving the "3pc sample service" to return them to us for a refund.

To place your full flatware order: On the website add the flatware range/finish items you wish to order into the shopping basket, including any additional place setting pieces or serving items, and complete your transaction through to payment. We will look your name in our sample orders for the exisitng sample order already purchased.

When you place you full flatware set order online, normal shipping costs apply including free shipping. Any refunds of Samples is completed at a later stage when we receive your samples back.

Packing and sending back the samples, please wrap carefully ALL the samples (including the samples of the chosen design you plan to order). Place them with the return form, into the box you received them in. Seal the box securely, attach a new address label.

Receiving your refund: On receipt of the returned "sample service" items at Studio William, we will inspect the returned flatware items for signs of usage or scratches and refund your credit card straight away.

REFUND: Please note the "3pc sample service" shipping costs will not be refunded. If you have decided not to order further flatware after using the "3pc sample service" you will receive a refund for the price of the returned flatware excluding the sample service shipping costs.

Please note that a full refund (excluding the sample service shipping cost) is provided only if the flatware is in an unused and in saleable condition on return - please help us help you and kindly wrap the samples well, thank you!
